How Qualtrics Scaled EMEA Hiring with TA.guru’s Embedded Recruitment Partnership

The Challenge

In 2025, the Qualtrics EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) team set ambitious hiring goals across the region — spanning Engineering, Sales, GTM, and a newly established Partner Sales function.

With a streamlined in-house TA structure, Qualtrics needed to scale their hiring quickly across multiple markets and disciplines without compromising on their quality or culture.

The challenge was clear: hire at pace, maintain the high bar Qualtrics is known for, and build lasting capability within the internal TA team for future growth.

The Partnership

To meet this challenge, Qualtrics partnered with TA.guru, embedding a fractional recruitment team directly alongside its internal TA function.

The goal was to identify a partner who could deliver quick results with accelerated time to productivity and expert recruiters who would deliver immediate impact while contributing to long-term team enablement.

Using the TA.guru Way framework, the partnership covered every stage of recruiter integration and success — from recruiter identification and onboarding to continuous upskilling, performance enablement, stakeholder management, and structured engagement roll-off.

Rather than operating as an external agency, TA.guru became a true extension of the Qualtrics team — collaborating with hiring managers, aligning on goals and hiring profiles, and sharing tools, processes, and playbooks designed to add value well beyond the engagement.

Working side-by-side with Qualtrics TA and business leaders, TA.guru drove speed, consistency, and an exceptional candidate experience across every stage of the hiring process.

The embedded team was supported by TA.guru’s enablement back office, providing real-time market intelligence, coaching, and advisory support throughout the project.

Across the eight-month partnership, the collaboration spanned multiple functions and geographies — from Engineering, Design, and Product hiring in Poland and Dublin to Sales, Partner Sales, and Customer Success roles across EMEA and APJ.
